• Weighs fish products and categorizes them accordingly with sufficient ice application to preserve fish and maintain the cold chain. • Follows approved procedures for handling fish and restocking fridges to ensure quality protection. • Receives supplies, organizes and maintains inventory of fish. • Checks and verifies for freshness of fish. • Maintains the Outlet premises, equipment, and storage areas clean, neat, and in hygienic condition to meet Food Safety Standards. • Helps customers understand the product and answers general queries. • Follows Health and safety guidelines, reporting any concerns or incidents to the Retail Store Supervisor. • Informs the Supervisor about all out-of-date or damaged fish and ensures it is removed from fridges. • Adherence to Food Handling Standards. • Offers exemplary customer service. • Performs end-of-day cleaning duties, which include wiping down windows, table surfaces, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor • Conducts regular inspection of premises and equipment like fridges, POS, and Generators to ensure safety and functionality.

• O-level Certificate • 2 years’ experience in fish processing. • Strong leadership and customer management abilities. • Good Customer care skills. • Good grasp of the English Language • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be organized and accurate. • Must be willing to work long hours when required. • Be able to work in a multicultural environment.
