• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or administrative roles in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
