Hiring: Operations Officer

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support visa application processing at a Visa Application Centre (VAC).

Requirements:

•  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• O-12 months experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good typing and data entry skills V Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify visa application documents
• Assist applicants through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Maintain accurate applicant records
• Support passport dispatch and operational activities V Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
