KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, staff productivity, and cost management.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and compliance with industry regulations.
