KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and coordinate daily waste collection routes
• Supervise drivers, loaders, and field team leads
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and breakdowns
• Resolve client complaints and ensure service quality
• Ensure team discipline, safety, and productivity
• Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management
• Respond to operational issues promptly and proactively

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in operations/fleet/logistics management
• Experience managing drivers and casual laborers a must
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and route planning
• Leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills
