About the Graduate Program
The Onedo Holdings Limited Graduate Sales Program is a structured, hands-on training and
development program that combines classroom-style onboarding, field sales experience,
mentorship from experienced professionals, and real client engagement. The program starts
immediately upon hiring and candidates must not be engaged in any other activity.

What You Will Learn and Do
Learn structured B2B sales and customer acquisition
Understand payment systems and financial technology solutions
Identify and approach potential business clients
Present and demonstrate Onedo solutions
Onboard and support clients
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Develop strong business relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
Strong interest in sales, fintech, or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of motivation, resilience, and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and in the field
Candidates must not be engaged in any other activity
