• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 years minimum working experience in similar role (within a farming industry is an added advantage).
• Effective communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
• In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Knowledge of HR systems & databases
• Proficient in MS office ( Excel , Word )
