• Responsible for the day-to-day support activities for Finacle, TBMS, MOBY and Borderless Banking. • Ensure stability of the core banking system. • To uphold confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Information Technology environment • Implement the new rates and pricing tariffs • Performs troubleshooting and provision of solutions to internal customers as required. • Raise and support in resolution of defects picked up.
