KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Photocopying documents and materials • Delivers and collects documents, supplies and paper work as directed. • Keeps office area clean and tidy • Maintains a clean compound • Maintains the offices and rooms immaculately clean • Perform work related errands as requested

• Uganda Certificate of Education with a credit in English. • Person Specification • Very clean and tidy • Experience in cleaning and working / serving a diverse range of people in an office environment • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work within a team environment • Ability to take instructions • Ability to use personal judgment • Able to work hours outside of the standard work day as required
