• Driving Bank’s Vehicles as per Uganda law and guidelines. • Ensure proper maintenance of Bank’s vehicle including logbook maintenance. • Taking and delivering documents as per requirement. • Overseeing clerical tasks of the Bank/Branch. • Filing and retrieving of files. • Creating and maintaining of Bank’s database to ensure quick retrieval of information and file documents. • Proper maintenance of Bank’s records and documents. • To supervise record keeping regularly.Control stationary and accurate record keeping of sensitive documents. • Proper maintenance and upkeep of Bank’s records. • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

• The ideal candidate will have the following: • At least Advanced Secondary Education Certificate. • Must have valid driving permit. • At least two years driving experience in any organization. • Possession of a Degree/Diploma in Business related or transport and logistics from recognized Institution will be an added advantage. • Highly organized person with ability to multitask with ease.
