• Network Infrastructure & Performance Management • Develop and implement network strategies aligned with business objectives. • Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure. including switches, routers, LAN/WAN, firewalls. load balancers, VPN devices, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OBGP). • Ensure high availability and redundancy of critical network components to minimize downtime. • Configure, monitor. and troubleshoot network performance issues. implementing optimizations as needed. • Oversee routine maintenance of’ network devices to ensure optimal functionality. • Security & Compliance • Configure and manage network security devices to protect organizational assets. • Implement security best practices to safeguard internal and external network integrity. • Conduct vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, and prevention measures to mitigate security threats. • Support the configuration and management of security implementations across network and system environments. • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity policies. frameworks. and regulations. • Support & Troubleshooting • Provide first, second. and third-level support for network-related issues. • Respond to and resolve network downtime incidents promptly. • Work with IT support teams to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently. • Collaborate with application development teams and business units to implement secure network solutions. • Documentation & Reporting • Maintain up-to-date documentation on network architecture, configurations, and security policies. • Conduct research on emerging technologies and present findings to the Head of Infrastructure. • Provide reports on network performance. security incidents. and improvement recommendations. • Project Support & Vendor Management • Support project delivery by applying best practices in network design and optimization. • Configure third-party. site-to-site IPsec VPNs for business operations. • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the stability and security of network services.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science. Information Technology, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering. • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP. CISSP, CEH or equivalent are an added advantage. • ITIL Foundation • Hands-on experience with networking technologies, including firewalls, VPNs. routers. and switches. • Strong knowledge of network security principles. risk assessment. and mitigation strategies. • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing performance enhancements • Experience: • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering and security management. • Competencies & Skills • Technical Expertise: • Strong understanding of network architecture, security frameworks, and IT infrastructure. • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in configuration. monitoring, and troubleshooting.
