• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related issues. • Support in monitoring and troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues. • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls. • Assist in maintaining and updating documentation related to network and ICT configurations. • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of the company’s network and data. • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in network management and ICT support. • Coordinate ICT infrastructure projects for residential and office setups in areas such as structured cabling for fiber and network equipment.
