• MIXOLOGISTS / BARISTERS

ROLE

In charge of production in the bar i.e) Mixing cocktails as per developed recipe, brewing tea and coffee to perfection and dispatching beverages as ordered by the front of house team.

Also Charged with maintaining standards in the bar, cleanliness and quality of production outputs as well as improve efficiency of the team.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

At least 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field
A minimum of C5 in Math’s at O-level
Leadership skills
Takes initiative
Team player

Organized

 

• CASHIERS

ROLE

In charge of reconciling the waiting staff at every shift by Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to settle transactions and reconcile waiters’ bills to ensure all open bills have been closed the shift well balanced with no shift shortages.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years’ experience the food and beverage industry with at least 1 year in a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma accounting and finance or equivalent

A minimum of C5 in Math’s at O-level
Audit background is desirable
Honest
Team player

Leadership skills.

Excellent command of MS packages

 

• HOSTESS’

ROLE

In charge of managing client bookings, receiving clients and ensuring guests are served excellently as per the set company’s client reception and service procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant fielc

• At least C5 in English at O-level.

ROLE

Cordially serve guests, in line with the set service standards coupled with a clear understanding of the establishments’ food and beverage menus as it changes from time to time

ROLE

Responsible for receiving the correct order from the kitchen and ensuring it is plated / served as per the set standards, deliver the order to the waiter / guests’ table

• At least S.6 advanced certificate of Education

• A minimum of C6 in Math’s and English at OLevel

• SERVICE CLEANERS

ROLE

Responsible for ensuring a clean space is maintained. In charge of cleaning and organizing the restaurant and Lounge,

including the Furniture & fittings, bathrooms, back of house and compound

At least 2 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

• At least S.4 Ordinary certificate of Education

• A minimum of C6 in English at OLevel

• VALLET PARKERS

ROLE

Forms part of the service team and takes charge of parking client’s automobiles, by following the establishments set parking and service protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years’ experience, as a driver, with a minimum of 3 years as a driver in the foods and beverage industry.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of C5 in Math’s at O-level

Driving License is a MUST

• SECURITY PERSONEL

ROLE

Forms part of the service team and oversees security in the allocated spaces to ensure clients, property and the premises are always a sate space, by following the establishments set security and service protocols.

QUALIFICATION

At least 5 years’ experience, with a minimum of 3 year in a similar role.

•Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in social science or equivalent

• A minimum of C5 in Math’s at O-level

• Previous work experience in a security role is a MUST

• Excellent skills in dealing with people

SALARY & BENEFITS

• We shall offer a competitive salary compared to the market & a 1-year renewable contract; after successful completion of a 3-month probation
