• Leading and motivating a team of production operators within the mixing area. • Ensuring all mixing procedures are followed accurately, including measuring and • combining ingredients. • Verifying that manufactured components meet quality standards and production targets. • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and • company policies. • Ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of mixing equipment. • Monitoring consumable inventory levels and potentially assisting with ordering and • inventory accuracy. • Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the mixing process, including • troubleshooting and root cause analysis. • Maintaining accurate records of temperature, time, and other relevant data.
