• Pick up and deliver laboratory samples, test results, and consumables between clinics, laboratories, hospitals, and patient homes. • Ensure that all materials are transported under appropriate conditions (e.g., temperature control for samples). • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections using delivery logs or digital tools. • Obtain sign offs and ensure proper documentation for each delivery and pick up. • Follow all safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality protocols. • Ensure adherence to traffic laws and company policies. • Conduct daily checks on the assigned motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition. • Report any maintenance needs or damages immediately. • Work with and interact with healthcare staff and patients professionally. • Handle queries or delivery issues promptly and escalate as necessary.

• Valid motorcycle license (Class A) with a clean driving record. • Should have good phlebotomy skills. • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or courier industry. • Basic knowledge of medical sample handling and cold chain protocols is an added advantage. • Minimum of O-Level (UCE) education with a certificate in medical laboratory or any related medical field.
