• Plan, implement, and monitor maintenance control systems to ensure consistent performance and availability of heavy equipment. • Carry out equipment inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance as per service schedules. • Manage maintenance records and track equipment history. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established maintenance plans. • Analyze breakdown trends and recommend solutions to improve equipment reliability. • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent. • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and performance standards. • Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely availability of spare parts and consumables. • Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and reduce equipment downtime. • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Equipment Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of heavy equipment, with a strong focus on maintenance controls. • Proficient in SAP and other Microsoft Office tools. • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong documentation skills. • Strong technical and analytical skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems. • Experience in the automotive, construction, or heavy machinery sector is required. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
