Role Overview
The Massage Supervisor will oversee all massage services, manage therapists, and ensure
high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management
• Supervise and schedule massage therapists
• Ensure staff performance and discipline
• Train and guide therapists where necessary
2. Service Quality & Customer Experience
• Ensure high-quality massage services
• Handle client concerns and feedback
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions
3. Operations
• Manage bookings and therapist schedules
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor service performance and improvements
4. General Support
• Recommend improvements in service delivery
• Support business growth and service expansion
Requirements
Education
• Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy or related field

Experience
• At least 2 years experience in massage therapy or spa services
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Organizational ability

• Experience in hotels or spa environments
