We’re Hiring | Marketing Supervisor

Ntake Group is looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Supervisor to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across the business.

The successful candidate will help strengthen brand visibility, support sales growth, coordinate campaigns, and ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives across different channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and promotional strategies.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Work closely with Sales, Digital, Distribution, and other departments to support business growth.

Supervise promotional activities, activations, events, and field marketing initiatives.

Ensure consistent brand presentation across marketing materials and customer touchpoints.

Prepare marketing performance reports and recommend areas for improvement.

Support customer engagement, product awareness, and market expansion initiatives.

Guide and coordinate junior marketing staff or field teams where required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, sales, brand management, FMCG, or a related role.
