KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and commercial strategies for East Africa. • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence. • Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) in collaboration with • R&D and Project Management Team. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives. • Monitor and measure performance using KPls, adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes • Manage budgets and resources to maximise ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
