MARKETING & BRANDING SUPERVISOR

Backbone Feeds Company Limited is looking for a dynamic, creative and results-driven professional to fill the position of Marketing & Branding Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing effective marketing and branding strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Supervising promotional campaigns, product marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Strengthening the company’s brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms.
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities and new opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors and business partners.
• Identifying new markets and developing strategies to drive sales growth and business expansion.
• Coordinating marketing activities, product promotions and brand activation campaigns.
• Monitoring marketing performance and preparing reports with practical recommendations for improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from a recognised institution.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in marketing, branding or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity, initiative and a results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives.
