KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update all company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
•
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
•
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and on time.
•
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative digital marketing ideas.
•
• Run and monitor social media advertisements and campaigns.
•
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
•
• Coordinate with management to promote company products online
•
• Maintain the company’s online reputation and brand image.
•

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
•
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
•
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
•
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
•
• Creativity, flexibility, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
•
• Knowledge of editing tools such as Canva and CapCut or related applications.
•
