Job Position:

Marketing and Business Support Officer

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2-3yrs experience in social media management and digital content creation.

• Ability to use graphics and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  Basic understanding of applications, user support, and first-line IT troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging social media graphic content.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.

Support digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation.

Conduct market research and customer profiling.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.

Escalate technical issues to the IT team and/ follow up on resolution.

Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to our applications, products, and services.

Monitor and report on digital marketing and customer engagement performance.
