• 1. Respond to all customer requests within 10 minutes. • 2. Save all new customer phone numbers in a standard format as guided by your supervisor and add them to a relevant broadcast group. • 3. Creatively updated all customers about new products listed for sale on a daily this includes directly texting the customer, updating the WhatsApp status, broadcasting, posting on a WhatsApp channel and any other means to generate sales. • 4. Place your confirmed orders through the website, or any other platform as guided by your supervisor • 5. Collect feedback from customers about all the orders placed on a daily. • Provide customer support and follow up to ensure the customer needs are met with the highest possible standard. • 7. Follow up to ensure all placed orders are served and generate and end of day report.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information technology, Communications, Business, Art and design, Sales or proof of competence. • Experience in sales, advertising, or a similar role. • Strong content creation skills, including writing and graphic design. • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
