• Retailer Engagement & Growth • Educate retailers on Hariss products, promotions, and benefits. • Motivate retailers & stockists to prioritize Hariss products for increased sales. • Recruit and register new retailers/stockists to expand distribution network. • Brand Visibility & Merchandising • Ensure optimal product display (eye-level placement, clean shelves). • Monitor brand visibility (posters, shelf space) and report gaps. • Check for short expiries and rotate stock to minimize waste. • Customer & Market Intelligence • Train retailers to recommend Hariss products to end-customers. • Gather customer feedback/complaints and escalate to supervisors. • Act as brand ambassador by embodying Hariss values in all interactions. • Reporting & Compliance • Submit regular market activity reports. • Adhere to company policies and merchandising standards. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
