• Interpret production schedules and identify production requirements. • Track and control packaging materials and finished products to ensure accurate handling and transfer. • Perform timely and accurate data entry of all production-related records into business systems. • Manage digital tax stamp activation and system updates (MSD). • Conduct regular materials stock counts and usage reconciliations to ensure zero variance. • Prepare and submit timely reports, including production KPIs, packaging performance, materials usage, and finished goods transfers. • Ensure compliance with business systems, including internal quality, food safety (FSSC), and Coca-Cola standards. • Promote and implement supply chain work practices to support system maturity and continuous improvement. • Immediately report any activities or conditions that could compromise product quality or food safety.

• Minimum requirement: Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Procurement, or any other related field. • Experience: • Minimum requirement: At least 2 years of working experience in a planning role within an FMCG environment. • Competencies: • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and ethics. • Computer literate (Excel proficiency). • Customer service oriented. • Good communicator. • Operational and process excellence. • Team player. • Active engagement. • Familiarity with MSD module. • Statistical analysis skills. • Attention to detail. • Inquisitive. • Assertive.
