• Ensuring a clear structure in business operations and making adjustments where necessary
• Managing, motivating and coaching the Management Team and several department heads.
• Develop and successfully implement improvement processes regarding planning, production and logistics.
• Ensuring optimal execution and delivery of the extensive and complex breeding programs.
• Maintain and further develop relationships with external stakeholders such as local authorities, unions, etc. Taking care of the communication process between Uganda and NL
• Supervising the budget results of the production locations in Uganda and in line with this setting up and monitoring KPIs.
• You will report directly to the Manager International Operations in the Netherlands.

• Have a completed agricultural HBO or Master’s degree
• Have good knowledge of production and logistical processes
• Have a good command of the English language, both oral and written. Dutch is an advantage.
• Are result-, action- and quality-oriented
• Combine decisiveness and conviction with pragmatism and analytical ability
• Excellent communicative and social skills
