• Implement, drive and deliver the organization’s strategy • Deliver business results in relation to sales, marketing, cost management and all operational efficiencies • Deliver financial results (profit after tax, ROA, asset turnover, cost per unit) • Manage a team of people in delivering on set goals

• Relevant 3 year Degree/ National Diploma • Previous experience in a leadership position with a successful commercial and operational track record of at least 5 years • Sound financial experience or qualification • Experience in an Agricultural environment will be advantageous • Relevant knowledge of or experience of Africa (excluding SA), and specifically Uganda will be advantageous • Proven track record of successfully managing teams in delivering on agreed goals • Need to be self-motivated and able to operate to an extent in isolation • High energy, high intellectual capacity and ability to work constructively with people (customers, suppliers, staff, and government officials) are essential • Willingness to relocate to Kampala, Uganda – company housing and vehicle provided
