KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals, including revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage and mentor the restaurant team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
• Coordinate with the cost/stock and purchasing controllers to optimize resources.
