• Gather and organize information from staff satisfaction surveys, structure assessments, and management discussions. • Develop content for the Workload Management Guideline, including concrete examples of challenges and solutions. • Consult relevant colleagues to fill gaps in information. • Develop a simple tool to implement and monitor workload reduction progress. • Contribute to analysis and reporting, supporting management decision-making.

• Recently completed degree in HR Management, Management, Economics, or related field. • Skills: • Fluent in English (speaking and writing). • Proficient in Microsoft 365; knowledge of Canva is a plus. • Analytical, solution-focused, and able to translate complex matters into clear, actionable guidelines. • Attitude: • Curious, proactive, autonomous, and a quick learner.
