• Provide specialist support to shift-based teams during operations, including standby and day shift support. • Assist as a functional expert in problem-solving when requested, in support of the process artisan. • Provide guidance and advice to shift-based teams on machine operation, fault finding, and responses to machine failure modes. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer on machine operation to shift-based teams. • Develop work instructions related to equipment. • Verify and ensure machines are running at rated speed. • Carry out work during planned maintenance windows per the maintenance schedule issued by the Planner. • Provide feedback to the Maintenance Planner if scheduled work cannot be completed, including rescheduling or prioritizing outstanding work. • Assist team members in executing tasks during planned maintenance windows. • Optimize maintenance schedules. • Perform cleaning, lubrication, and inspection per the maintenance schedule. • Resolve problems uncovered during routine maintenance using appropriate problem-solving techniques. • Ensure adherence to NPD procedures. • Document all changes on assets as per the Engineering Change Management business processes. • Participate in food safety management system implementation. • Report food safety, defense, and fraud-related issues to the food safety team leader designate (SHEQ manager).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field. • Experience: 2 years of technical experience in an FMCG environment with familiarity in equipment functionality and packaging processes. • Skills: • Strong diagnostic ability and troubleshooting skills. • Compliance and ethics. • Coaching skills, teamwork, and result- and execution-driven. • Customer-centered approach.
