• Ensure full compliance with lifting procedures and standards across all site operations. • Serve as the primary authority on the safety and technical aspects of lifting activities within the assigned area. • Plan, review, and supervise all critical and non-critical lifting operations, including methodology and execution. • Develop, review, and update lift plans, including engineering drawings and calculations. • Verify the competency of lifting personnel and identify training needs to maintain high operational standards. • Oversee the selection, inspection, and maintenance of lifting and transport equipment to ensure compliance and safe working condition. • Implement and manage regular inspection and maintenance schedules, and ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations. • Establish a reliable system for recording, reporting, and addressing risks, including post-lift reviews and corrective actions

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Oil and Gas or related Field • Certifications in LEEA, EAL, CPA is essential. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in lifting operations, with supervisory-level exposure. • Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, inspection, and handling practices. • Familiar with international standards (BS, LOLER, NORSOK). • Oil & Gas industry experience required. • Certifications in inspecting cranes, forklifts, hoists, winches, and wire ropes. • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
