Essential Requirements

• One-page motivation letter explaining:

• Why you want to join the Liberty Graduate Trainee Programme.
• How your values align with Liberty.
• Your long term career aspirations within insurance/financial services.

• Full time availability for the entire 18-month programme duration.

Application Requirements

1. Updated CV/Resume
2. Copies of academic transcripts and certificates (including O-Level).
3. One-page motivation letter (mandatory).
4. Two professional references

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Year of graduation: 2024, 2025, or 2026
• Minimum Second Class Upper (or equivalent).
• At least Credit (C) or above in Mathematics and English Language.
