• Provide legal advice and support to ensure the institution operates within the law. • Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. • Represent the institution in court proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel. • Handle litigation, recoveries, and enforcement of security interests. • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and regulatory requirements. • Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
