• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company’s interests and mitigate legal risks. • Draft precise corporate legal documents. • Analyze and articulate legal ramifications on business operations and services offered. • Serve as the custodian of company contracts and legal documents, ensuring their currency and enforceability. • Contribute valuable insights to contract management and deal formulation. • Review corporate documents, resolutions, service agreements, and other pertinent materials. • Facilitate communication with external parties on legal matters and maintain strong relationships with external lawyers. • Prepare necessary documentation for statutory reports and recommend swift resolutions to legal issues to mitigate litigation risks. • Assist in reviewing company policies, procedures, governance documents, and intellectual property protection strategies. • Provide legal advice and support to management on a wide range of legal issues. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Manage legal disputes, including liaising with external counsel and representing the company in court or alternative dispute resolution proceedings. • Conduct legal research and analysis to keep abreast of legal developments and provide proactive advice to the business. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and best practices across the organization. • Manage relationships with external legal advisors and service providers.
