• Learning & Development Strategy • Lead the design and execution of L&D strategies aligned with C-Care’s strategic goals. • Implement competency-based learning frameworks for clinical and non-clinical teams. • Introduce blended learning models (e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training). • Coordinate staff induction and internal/external training initiatives. • Talent Development & Digital Learning • Design leadership development and succession planning programs. • Champion digital learning solutions such as LMS, simulations, microlearning, and gamification. • Develop customized in-house training and align career pathing with development frameworks. • Organize training sessions, venues, logistics, and provider selection. • Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation Training • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional certification needs. • Oversee continuing education for clinical teams (nurses, doctors, allied professionals). • Maintain training documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. • Deliver training in patient safety, risk management, and clinical governance. • Employee Engagement & Performance Improvement • Conduct training needs assessments and develop personalized learning plans. • Use learning analytics to measure training impact and adjust programs. • Collaborate with department heads to close skills gaps and improve performance. • Enhance employee onboarding to improve integration and retention.
