Requirements

• Must have a diploma or certificate in laboratory technology from a reputable institute.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in Laboratory Pre- Analytical in a busy laboratory setting.

Required skills and competences.

• Strong understanding of ISO 15189:2022 requirements especially in preanalytical processes
• Ability to conduct training to match the expectations of the preanalytical requirements
• Experience of shipping processes within and out of the country.
• Ability to apply relevant RCA tools to investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Knowledge of Continual Quality Improvement.
• Good customer care and interpersonal skills.
