• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. • Plan and deliver play-based, age-appropriate learning activities that promote early cognitive, social, and emotional growth. • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and maintain open, consistent communication with parents and colleagues. • Support children in developing self-care skills and emotional expression, while encouraging independence, curiosity, and self-confidence. • Establish clear routines and transitions, manage behavior positively, and create a structured, nurturing space for learning. • Monitor student development, document progress, and work collaboratively with teaching teams to support each child’s individual needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered) • Prior experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years setting, preferably within an international or play-based curriculum • Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles • Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills • Passionate about working with young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment
