• For Collection/Relationship Officers: • Ensure timely, secure, and accurate loan repayment collections and banking. • Build strong client relationships to foster trust and encourage on-time repayment. • Educate clients on loan terms, schedules, and financial discipline. • Identify early signs of repayment challenges and take corrective action. • Submit daily, accurate collection reports. • For Credit Officers – Salary Loan: • Appraise, assess, and recommend unsecured salary loan applications in line with credit policy. • Guide clients through the loan application process and terms. • Monitor active loans for performance and ensure timely collections. • Conduct field visits to verify applicant information and creditworthiness. • Grow and manage a healthy salary loan portfolio through referrals and retention strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Microfinance, or related field Experience: • Collection/Relationship Officers: At least 1-2 years (Field sales, customer service, or loan collections (advantage). • Credit Officers: At least 1-2 years in salary loan processing, disbursement, and recovery. • Language: Fluency in both Luganda and English is mandatory. • Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. • Integrity: Ability to handle cash and client data with the highest level of trust and responsibility. • Age: 20-35 years. • Gender: Females are strongly encouraged to apply.
