GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

V Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a hotel, lodge, resort, restaurant, spa, or hospitality environment (except entry-level support roles where training may be considered) V Must be hardworking, trustworthy, disciplined, and respecttul

V Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)

V Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills V Ability to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and under pressure

V Ability to work in remote lodge locations and natural environments

V Physically fit and in good health

V Smart appearance and high hygiene standards

V Team player with positive attitude

V Recommendation letters / referees are an added advantage

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Lodge Managers

V Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field

V Minimum 3-5 years experience in hotel/lodge management

V Strong leadership and staff supervision skills V Knowledge of reservations, front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations

V Budgeting, stock control, and reporting skills V Ability to handle guest complaints professionally V Computer skills required

• Waiters / Waitresses

V Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or lodge service

V Knowledge of table setting, menu presentation, and beverage service

V Friendly personality and guest care skills

V Smart appearance and grooming

• Gardeners

• Housekeepers

V Experience in room cleaning, bed making, deep cleaning, and public area maintenance

V Strong attention to detail V Honest and trustworthy

• Massage Therapist

V Certificate/Diploma in Massage or Beauty Therapy

V Experience in spa treatments and wellness care

V Professional, calm, and guest-focused attitude

Chefs

V Certificate/Diploma in Catering or Culinary Arts preferred

V Minimum 3 years kitchen experience

V Ability to prepare local and international dishes V Strong hygiene and food safety standards

• Laundry Personnel

V Experience in washing, ironing, folding, and stain treatment

V Knowledge of fabric care and machine use V Organized and reliable

• Pool Attendants

V Experience in pool maintenance or hospitality pool service preferred

V Ability to monitor guest safety around the pool area

V Knowledge of cleaning pool surroundings, arranging towels, chairs, and guest assistance
