Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, organized individual to manage client travel requests, design itineraries, handle ticketing, and ensure smooth trip coordination.
This role requires someone who can communicate clearly with clients, pay attention to detail, and take ownership of the entire travel-planning process, from inquiry through execution. You will also support marketing efforts by sharing updates, posting content, and keeping our
website accurate and up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in travel, ticketing, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing systems is an added advantage (training can be provided).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
• Willingness to support marketing and digital updates.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for travel and customer experience.
• Must reside in or near Kitende-Lumuli (or be able to commute easily).
