IT TRAINEE

Responsibilities

• Provide effective first line support to all IT requests as may be required by the employee.
• Keep computer systems running smoothly them.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Talk to staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone to help setup systems and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Science or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving, communication, and willingness to learn
• Ability to identify and solve basic computer or system issues
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to users
