• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. • Support end-users with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. • Monitor and respond to IT support tickets and service requests. • Perform routine system checks and report anomalies to senior staff. • Support the IT team in data entry, documentation, and inventory management. • Assist with backup and recovery processes. • Participate in basic network administration and cybersecurity tasks.
