IT OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

V Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure

V Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software & network issues)

V Monitor system performance, security, and backups Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems and software V Implement and enforce IT policies and cyber security measures

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Officer or in a similar role V Strong knowledge of network management, cybersecurity

& troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with ERP systems, Cloud technologies and backup solutions Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
