KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Provide IT support and technical assistance
 Handling online tasks and system operations.
 Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
 Troubleshoot system and network issues
 Assist clients with IT-related inquiries
 Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
 Reporting daily work progress to supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

 

 Basic knowledge of computer systems and internet use.
 Good communication and problem-solving skills
 Able to work under pressure, should be disciplined and hardworking
 Ability to work long hours and in a team environment
 Prior experience in IT support is an added advantage
 Fast to learn and able to follow instructions.

 Must be able to read and understand English
