Job Purpose
The required candidate should be able to Implement delivery and maintenance policies, including but not limited to incorporation of non-standard versions, insight into customers, device commissioning and integration, cutover, link upgrade, device replacement, elimination of potential network risks, and emergency plans and drills to ensure stable network operation. He/she should be able to handle major technical risks and issues in the product domain, manage all major delivery and maintenance operations in the product domain, review technical solutions, provide technical support, and ensure network security and quality.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Network/IP Configurations:
• Configure and manage network settings for optimal performance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of IP protocols and settings.
• Ensure seamless communication and data transfer within CCTV systems.
Network Device Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
• Troubleshoot and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure stability, security, and optimal performance of the network infrastructure.
Network Monitoring and Management:
• Utilize tools such as Sight for comprehensive network monitoring and management.
• Identify and resolve network faults promptly, demonstrating proactive management skills.
Network Hardware Troubleshooting and Replacement:
• Diagnose issues with network hardware components.
• Replace faulty hardware to minimize downtime and optimize network performance.

Qualifications
• Be proficient in the division of IP address resources, such as subnet masks and
variable-length subnet masks.
• Be proficient in Layer 2 technologies, such as STP, VLAN division, and port type configuration, and Layer 3 technologies, such as IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, and static routing protocols.
• Understand the principles and configurations of VPNs and tunnels, such as L3VPN/EVPN, LDP, RSVP-TE, SRv6-BE, and SRv6-Policy.
• Customer requirement analysis and communication
• Understand customer requirements and problems, and provide professional suggestions based on customer requirements.
• Project experience
• Have two or three years of experience in IP network-related work.
