• Receive, store, and issue feeds, equipment, and materials as per operational needs. • Ensure all machinery, tools, and spare parts are properly stored and tracked. • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. • Monitor and ensure proper storage conditions to prevent spoilage or damage. • Coordinate with hatchery and grow-out teams to anticipate material and equipment requirements. • Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items promptly to the supervisor. • Adhere to safe material handling and lifting procedures. • Use appropriate PPE (gloves, safety shoes, masks, etc.) during handling and storage activities. • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free storage areas. • Immediately report spills, hazards, or unsafe working conditions. • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

• Diploma in Fisheries & Aquaculture, Inventory Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in aquaculture or agricultural operations. • Strong knowledge of stock handling, storage, and record-keeping procedures. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
