• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the annual audit plan. • Identify and evaluate key risks and controls within the organization. • Develop and execute audit programs, including documenting audit procedures and findings. • Perform testing and analysis to assess the effectiveness of internal controls. • Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. • Communicate audit results to management and provide actionable insights. • Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations. • Stay up to date with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. • Collaborate with other departments to promote a strong control environment. • Participate in special projects and investigations as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation or progress towards certification is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit or a related field. • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks. • Proficiency in data analysis and audit software. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
