• Conduct regular audits of financial records, procurement processes, and operational • systems. • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management frameworks. • Review compliance with donor regulations, national laws, and UYDEL policies. • Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations for management. • Support fraud prevention, detection, and investigation efforts. • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions. • Collaborate with finance and program teams to strengthen financial oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification • preferred. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in internal auditing, preferably in NGO or donor-funded • projects. • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, procurement regulations, and risk • management. • Proficiency in audit software and financial systems. • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. • Desirable Attributes: • High integrity and confidentiality. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with climate-resilience or health sector projects is an advantage
