• Customer Service • Attend to customer queries on account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments. • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and outlet partners. • Refer customers to the parent bank for specialized services such as ATM card processing. • Escalate customer complaints or disputes to management for timely resolution. • Cash Handling • Accurately receive and pay out cash during customer transactions. • Detect counterfeit currency and take appropriate action. • Ensure secure cash storage and handling practices in line with company policy. • Maintain accountability and integrity in all cash dealings. • Transaction Recording • Record all transactions in the designated bank and Manet Traders registers in real time. • Ensure all customers sign off on completed transactions as per banking procedures. • Maintain daily reconciliation of cash and digital records. • Report daily business reconciliation to the outlet manager for review. • Phone & Accessory Sales • Sell phones and accessories at set competitive prices. • Advise customers on product features and value propositions. • Keep accurate inventory records of all items sold. • Provide feedback to management on popular and fast-moving items. • Outlet Management • Keep the outlet clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. • Report any faults or issues with premises, equipment, or materials to the Outlet Manager. • Suggest improvements for enhancing customer experience and outlet functionality.

• Minimum: Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE), with credits in Math and English. • Preferred: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Banking & Microfinance, Sales & Marketing. • Experience: Prior work in mobile money, agency banking, retail, or customer service is an added advantage. • Skills & Competencies • Strong numeracy and attention to detail. • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and native languages. • Basic knowledge of fraud prevention and cash security. • Familiarity with smartphones, POS machines, and mobile banking platforms. • Honest, reliable, and accountable. • Able to work calmly under pressure. • Terms of Employment • Type: Part-time • Working Hours: 5-6 hours/day, Monday to Saturday • Reporting to: Outlet Manager
