• To inspect the performance of guards in a given area and ensure they carry out their duties efficiently. • To check on all guards at posts and ensure they have the necessary equipment and uniform. • To ensure that all guards understand the respective assignment instructions and that they carry them out efficiently. • To maintain regular contact with the duty operations controller and immediately report to him any absence, breach of discipline, or misconduct of guards. • Maintain regular contacts with clients and submit accurate reports on status of each assignment in your given area. • Make entries in the Occurrence Book and record detailed reports. • To arrange with the Duty Operations Controller for the deployment of guards and assist in arrangement of area reliever charts. • To ensure that all area assignments have the relevant assignment instructions. • To be smartly dressed in company uniform and ensure that all equipment provided by company for inspection are in good working order. • To be aware and understand every assignment instructions/equipment. • To provide a weekly written report to the Operations Controller on the happenings in the area.
